A: It takes 7 to 10 days to produce new molds. For mass production, a 20GP shipment takes about 15 to 20 days, and a 40HQ shipment takes 20 to 30 days, depending on the requirements.

A: Yes, we can customize products, but you need to provide us with detailed drawings. We will then confirm whether the product can be customized. If it can, we will inform you of the minimum order quantity, the mold cost, and the unit price of the product.
